Truly the Lord is a mighty God! The God of dawn and darkness loves us as fathers and mothers love their children. Let us pray: Great Creator our God, we come now to worship you, to seek your purpose for us. Give us hearts to see what our eyes overlook. Open our hearts to feel what our hands cannot touch. When our ears hear silence, let our hearts hear your voice. Teach us to know you as you are: Love flowing like a fountain, refreshing us in body and in spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, who taught us to pray as one: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil, for the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and forever, Amen.
